I have a guest, I have a guest

Who is come to stay with me.

In hearing lawsuits, he is just

A hundred miles enjoy his help.

He ingests excellence as his natural food,

He hears the good as for the first time.

He is truly sympathetic;

Frequently we had good outings

Where we talked and we gazed

To give relief to our sorrows.

We took our pleasure while together,

When we got drunk, we went to rest.

Surely it is what he likes

And so he shares my company
