Xiaofei Owen, pen name Yuwen Qiushui, was married to the renowned American sinologist Yuwen Suoan.
~Born in Harbin in 1971;
~At the age of 13, he directly entered the Department of Western Languages at Peking University to study English and American literature from Tianjin No.13 Middle School.
~At the age of 16, on the eve of the 90th anniversary of the founding of Peking University, Tian Xiaofei wrote "Thirteen Year Old Encounters" which was selected as a textbook for middle schools in China and became one of her representative works during her youth.
~Graduated from the East Asian Department of Peking University in 1989.
~In June 1998, Tian Xiaofei graduated from Harvard and obtained a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature.
~Currently a professor at Harvard University.
Works:
~"Chen Ji Lu: A Study on Tao Yuanming and Handwritten Manuscript Culture" (2005): Focusing on the issue of ancient Chinese handwritten script culture from the differences in Tao Yuanming's poetry and prose, and through different choices of Tao Yuanming's poetry and prose translations, a new exploration of Tao Yuanming's image is made. The questions and unique expressions raised by him are quite noteworthy;

~Participated in the writing of the second volume of "Cambridge History of Chinese Literature";
~He also wrote "Autumn Water Hall on the Plum Blossom in the Golden Vase" (2003) and translated it into "Postmodernism and Popular Culture" (Central Compilation and Translation Publishing House);
~Compiled works such as "The Stone of His Mountain: Selected Works by Yuwen Suoan" (Jiangsu People's Publishing House), etc;
~The paper "Misplacement - Three Clear Manuscripts of a Collection of Middle Ancient Poets" explores the profound influence of Yu Xin on Wang Ji and the changes in the literary taste of the Middle Tang Dynasty by analyzing the changes in the versions of Wang Ji's collection.
